Warranty/Return Policy


Terms and Conditions:


  1. Warranty products are warranted for manufacturing or materials defects. Please contact Customer Care if you have questions regarding the warranty. Before returning a product, please contact our Customer Services department for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Warranty products are for manufacturing or material defects; but does not warrant products for cosmetic deficiencies caused from regular use. Custom or altered products are not returnable.

  3. Products with private labels or logos are returnable for manufacturing and material defects, however are not returnable due to overstock reasons.

  4. Warranty service will be at the discretion of manufacturer. Warranty is non-transferrable. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.

  5. Goods to be returned must be in sellable condition. Sellable condition is defined as product in original shipping condition encased in a plastic seal. The FDA prohibits the reuse of devices prescribed as a single patient unit.

  6. Returned goods will be accepted within 30 days from date of purchase and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. However, any products over 30 days from invoice date are non-returnable.

  7. Customer pays for all return shipping charges and is required to provide with account number/payment information prior to return shipment.

  8. Return shipping address must remain the same as the address given on the RMA form. We cannot ship to an alternate address.

  9. Once the RMA number has been issued, you have 14 days to send your product in.
